Kasamh Se follows the story of three sisters, Bani, Piya, and Rano Dixit who live in Mount Abu with their father, and how they overcome the troubles in their life.

Bani is the eldest who wants everybody to be along with peace and happiness. Love is the most important factor in her life. Piya is the second eldest who wants to be famous and rich one day. Wealth is the most important factor in her life. Rano is the youngest who wants to show the world what she can do with her intelligence. Her career is the most important factor in her life.

The three of them live with their father Nishikant Dixit and their mother died 7 years previously. Piya and Rano go to college and Bani pretends to go to college but really works in a hotel.

Circumstances lead to the three sisters moving to Mumbai and there they meet Mr. Jai Walia (Ram Kapoor), a business tycoon. Their stories take a turn from then on. Bani and Jai fall in love despite the age difference and get married after many twists.

After many other spins and turns, Meera enters the story as the new shadow upon Bani and Jai's happy married life. Meera feels murderously jealous of Bani and attempts to murder her by burning her. Bani was carrying her son when the incident happened. but no one ever explains what happened to the child. However Bani survives the ordeal and returns with a new face, made for her by plastic surgery since the fire that burned her ruined her original face. When Bani gets her memory back, she renters Meera and Jai's life as Pronita to take revenge. When Meera's secret is revealed, she goes to prison, Jai discovers that Pronita is in fact Bani, his beloved wife and the two get back together. The family lives happily ever after with the original Bani (Prachi Desai) making a guest appearance with the recent Bani (Gurdeep Kohli) in the very last episode of the show.

tapi kehadiran Meera sebagai perampas membuatkan Bani banyak makan hati
ye lor sapa nak dimadukan begitu sayangnya Jai pada Bani hingga langsung
tidak memperdulikan si Meera itu yang membuatkan Meera jadi makin jahat

Kasamh Se (Hindi: क़सम से, Urdu: قسم سے, translation: I Swear or From a Swear) is an Indian soap opera produced by Ekta Kapoor of Balaji Telefilms. It has been shown since 2006 on Zee TV every Monday - Thursday depending on which country it broadcasts in. The story deals with the trials and tribulations of three sisters, Bani Walia, Pia Shukla and Rano Bali. Kasamh Se concluded on March 12, 2009 on Holi. In the end on of the show the original Bani (Prachi Desai) was present to end the show during Holi.
